Images on this site are not moderated and we rely on other users reporting unacceptable images. We reserve the right to remove or replace any uploaded files, and assume no liability/responsibility for any lost files, registrations or misplaced file URLs if on investigation and solely in our opinion we deem any image to be unacceptable.

The following types of files may not be uploaded under any circumstances :

Files that contain sexual images of anyone who is or appears to be under 18.
Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any laws pertaining to digital content usage.
Files that infringe copyrights of any entity. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted photographs and flash presentations.
Files uploaded with intention to harass individual or multiple persons.
Files uploaded with intention to promote any products or services through direct advertisements for the purpose of commercial profit, without attaining the permission of 'YourUploader.com'.

Violation of the above "file uploading" conditions may result in:

The immediate termination of user's ability to use our services.
User and/or user's domain will be banned.
User’s IP address will be banned.
All images and accounts related to the user/domain will be deleted immediately.
